LIFE FORCE ADDS NEW ASSOCIATE MEDICAL DIRECTOR

LIFE FORCE would like to welcome Yuvraj Kalra, MD, as the new Associate Medical Director for pediatric transports. Dr. Kalra graduated from Kasturba Medical College in India in 2005. After medical school, he completed his pediatric residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga (UTCOM) in 2010. After completing his residency, he completed his pediatric critical care and pediatric cardiology fellowship at the University of Alabama Children’s Hospital in Birmingham and pediatric critical care at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. 


Dr. Kalra was appointed to the Medical Staff at Children’s Hospital at Erlanger in 2017 and is currently the Medical Director of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and Extracorporeal Support. He also holds the position of Associate Professor of Pediatrics for UTCOM. Dr. Kalra brings an impressive background of education and knowledge in pediatric critical care medicine to the LIFE FORCE program.
