Erlanger Regional Operations Center

The Erlanger Regional Operations Center (EROC) opened February 2015. The mission of EROC is to work in partnership with healthcare providers to ensure that the patient gets to the right location with the right resource at the right time, the first time. EROC provides a single point of contact for healthcare partners to streamline the patient transfer process. With a single call to EROC, healthcare partners will speak directly with a critical care nurse who will facilitate patient auto acceptance, placement, and air medical transport, if needed. EROC's innovative service is one more way Erlanger Health System strives to provide an exceptional healthcare experience for patients and its healthcare partners.
